   Palpung, if you take a look at Dontok, Stewart, voted out at last night's Tribal Council. Immunity is back up for grabs, winning tribe safe for another day in Tibet. Today's challenge is going to be fun and creative so get ready.
 Below, you will find a basic template which will serve as your canvas for this challenge. Each tribe must decorate their mannequin as a creative Tibetan tribal mask. No holds barred. The only rule is that your mask must incorporate your tribe color in some way, and a write-up must accompany the finished masterpiece. The rest is left entirely up to artistic freedom.Your tribe mask may not be any larger or smaller than the image provided to you, though a five-pixel leeway will be given in case you have re-sizing/cropping issues.
This challenge will take place in 4 different parts;
Part 1
Determine an order, 1-8. Without warning Production will ask for a final submission.
Part 2Discussion, brainstorming, and coming up with a creative concept as a tribe.
(12 hour duration) Part 3 Based off the list each group created, each castaway on the tribe will meet on Skype with a Production member to participate in a semi-live competition. Each castaway will have fifteen minutes to decorate on screenshare. After each member decorates (everyone has to add at least something to the mask) your final submission will be created.
(12 hour duration *or whenever we finish*)Part 4iSurv1vor Production members; Sandy, Tucker, Jermaine, Joe, & Rachel, as well as past Fan v Favorites winners Lorii & Samantha will be the panel of judges. Their decision will be based on a scale between one (lowest) to ten (highest). Their criteria in which your Tibetan mask will be judged and graded will be a culmination of visual aesthetics, use of tribe color, general concept, execution, a sense of teamwork in the finished product, and if your write-up enhances the masterpiece or drags it down - all considered within those 10 points per judge.
If your group is able to create the best-looking mask within the given requirements, your group may win immunity.

If you choose to take a Temptation prior to your individual design time, your design time will be cut in half, from 15 minutes to 7.5 minutes. Also, -3 points from your tribes total of 70.
If you choose to take a Temptation after your individual design time, a -8 deduction will occur to your tribes total of 70.
Any taken Temptation will be made public in real-time.

This reward is for the future. When and if you make the merge, aside from the chance to win individual immunity from the challenge, if you claim this temptation you will have another chance to earn safety during that round. But, only if you claim this reward. |

This is hefty prize so a full -10 will be deducted from your tribes total score regardless of when you decide to claim it, and you will also give up the right to partake in the first challenge of any merge in this game.
